Chloe's Year End Recital
Today Chloe had her year end recital. She did so well. I was glad the softball tourney was rained out because I could stay home and watch her dance.

Kiting with Chloe!
Got home from work and Chloe came into my room with a kite and desperately wanted to watch it fly. So I obliged. Of course it had Mickey Mouse on it. Here are a few pics from our outing.

Easter 2014
We had a great time as a family this past Easter. We had a fun glow in the dark egg hunt on Saturday night. All eggs had money in them. Was a great time. Julie and I made a special breakfast for the kids. I made, Julie decorated. I have included some photos of the kids and the breakfast. Easter is a great time of year. I believe that Jesus Christ lives!!

Sticky Finger Time
Took the three youngest to Wingers for dinner before going to the movie. Julie, Brooke and Brin went to Provo shopping today. Love sticky fingers!
Spring Cleaning & Gardening
I took the day off today to do a little spring cleaning and prep the garden. My boys joined me for the activity. We tilled the garden, raked weeds and leaves, weeded the flower garden and burned the leaves. It was good ole fashion work.

My Little Ranger
Cannon had his first game of the season last night. He is 9 and pitched one inning where he struck two out and fielded a ball for another out. He loves being a Texas Ranger because his Uncle Jeff lives in Texas.

Disney World!!!
Julie was invited to attend a conference in Disney World for work. And I was so lucky to be able to come along and be part of this cool experience. We both have wanted to go so bad in the past. Unfortunately we had to leave the kids home. Hey, don't feel to bad for them, we already had a Disneyland trip planned for mid Oct. My mom came and spent the week with the kids, while Julie and I flew off to Florida. We flew out on Tuesday, September 18 and flew home on Sunday the 23rd. Unfortuately for Julie she had to attend a conference during the days, but don't feel to bad for her, because she got a back stage pass to see how Disney does customer service. Meanwhile, as Julie was at conference, I went and explored. We always met up at night and had a great time together. Disney World was a real cool experience. I think the Animal Kingdom was my favorite; probably because it was different. Here are a bunch of pics from our experience in no particular order. Hope you enjoy!
Yes, we had the whole vehicle to ourselves on the Dinosaur Ride.
Imitating the King of the Throne Idol.
Animal Kingdom with the tree of life!
What you can't see are our badges. Julie's said, "Celebrating Being Awesome!" Mine said, "Celebrating Being With Awesome!"
Jules on the boat to Disney Hollywood Studios.
Posing in the Epcot.
At the Magic Kingdom!
Imitating the I Look Hot Idol.
Bus ride to our hotel. We were so excited.
On the one of the rides.
Ok, this is little miss Julie winning round one of Buzz Lightyear.
This is Kirk getting revenge during round 2!!!
One day while Julie was in conference, I played the coolest Mini Golf course ever.
I also went to Typhoon Lagoon and snorkeled with the sharks. It was cool, I did it three times.
Best part of Disney World was that the pickles only cost $1.50!!! At Disney Land they were $2.85 a piece. What did this mean? Double the pickles for me!!!
Coolest tree ever.
Hanging out at Downtown Disney, trying to avoid turning into donkeys.
Satisfying my inner caveman.
This was such a fantastic adventure together. Hope we have many more in the near future. Thanks for letting my tag along Julie!!!
